The Challenge
Rud Pedersen Group, a leading European public affairs consultancy, needed to move beyond AI awareness into practical implementation. They sought a partner who could provide direction and hands-on execution – not just recommendations, but real solutions.
Our Approach
We designed a two-phase engagement to take Rud Pedersen from AI strategy to operational deployment. Phase one built strategic foundations while delivering immediate value through rapid prototyping and stakeholder alignment. We ran structured interviews, developed proof-of-concepts on Microsoft Azure, and created an internal champion network to drive adoption. This work culminated in a detailed AI roadmap with validated business cases, presented to shareholders with clear proof-of-value metrics. Phase two moved from strategy to delivery: establishing an Innovation Hub, deploying firm-wide AI-powered chat, and creating custom monitoring applications. We also remediated their Microsoft data estate to ensure AI readiness. Throughout our work we prioritised knowledge transfer to make our work sustainable.
The Results
Rud Pedersen now operates multiple working AI solutions across their organisation, supported by a trained internal champion network and clear implementation roadmap. Their Innovation Hub continues to drive AI adoption, while the technical infrastructure we built provides a foundation for ongoing development. The engagement successfully transitioned to their permanent internal team, ensuring long-term sustainability and continued growth.
